One - on - One Personal Training
Our Fitness Trainers will work with you one-on-one, teaching you exactly how to perform the appropriate exercises for your goals. This program ensures you get maximum results from every exercise session. Programs include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, posture exercises, core stabilization, and flexibility. All programs begin with a consultation to discuss goals and interests, followed by a fitness assessment. We evaluate each client's physical condition and abilities, to design a safe and effective exercise program.
Group Training
Group Programs make fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support. If you have a small group that is interested in attaining a common goal, we can arrange a small group program. Perfect for families or a group of friends who want to exercise together.
Post Rehab Exercise
Whether you are recovering from an injury or living with a chronic disease (i.e. Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis, MS, Fibromyalgia, or back pain) a properly designed exercise program can improve your quality of life and get you back on track faster. It is important to note that TruFit does not diagnose or offer medical treatment for any condition. In order to develop a safe and effective exercise program, it is imperative that there be an open line of communication between the client, trainer and physician.
In-Home Training
TruFit offers a unique mobile fitness program in which our trainers travel directly to the client's location. We bring all the equipment needed to provide you with an effective work out. This program is ideal for people on the go and makes it easier to stay on a consistent exercise program. No need to deal with traffic, club dues, distractions and waiting in line at the gym. We can make your fitness goals easily attainable.
Sport Specific Training
Our Sports Specific Training Program is designed to enhance speed, agility, balance and strength - unlike general fitness training (which is only directed towards good health and fitness). Whether you are a professional athlete seeking to perfect your game or a competitor looking for that extra edge, we can help. Our dedicated trainers can assist you in optimizing your athletic performance before, during, and after the season. For youth athletes TruFit has partnered with Atheltic Revolution to provide sports performance training.
